NAFA Women in Filtration Networking Series

NAFA is excited to launch a new quarterly virtual networking series dedicated to supporting, connecting, and empowering women in the air filtration industry. This ongoing series will provide a welcoming space for meaningful conversations, peer learning, and professional growth through casual, discussion-driven sessions led by women in the industry.

Our inaugural session, Career Paths: How We Got Here & What’s Next, invites participants to explore the unique and often nonlinear journeys that have shaped their careers in filtration. Through an interactive and guided discussion format, attendees will share how they entered the industry, reflect on the roles and experiences that challenged and developed them most, and discuss opportunities and goals for the future.

Designed to encourage storytelling and open dialogue rather than formal presentations, this session creates space for every participant to contribute, connect, and gain practical insight from peers across the industry. Whether you are early in your career or a seasoned professional, the conversation aims to provide new perspectives, inspiration, and encouragement for the road ahead.

This networking group is free to join, open to all women in the filtration industry, and will continue quarterly as an ongoing opportunity to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow together. We hope you will join us for this kickoff session and future conversations to come.
