The NAFA Women’s Networking Group session, Working in a Male-Dominated Field, invites participants to engage in an open and supportive discussion about navigating careers in industries where women are underrepresented. Through shared experiences and guided conversation, attendees will explore challenges, opportunities, and strategies for building confidence, establishing credibility, and fostering professional growth. Participants will discuss workplace dynamics, mentorship, leadership development, and effective ways to advocate for themselves and others. This interactive, conversation-driven session emphasizes storytelling, peer learning, and practical insights, helping participants strengthen their networks and gain new perspectives. The group is free to join, open to all women in the industry, and meets quarterly as an ongoing space to connect, learn, and support one another.
