Please note before proceeding: Immediately after you complete the NCT exam application, NAFA will send you an email with instructions on how to log into your account to pay your exam fee. If you are not ready to take the exam, or are unable to pay immediately, do not complete this form. You can contact NAFA staff at (608) 310-7542 with any questions.

Once you complete the application, NAFA will create an invoice that must be paid immediately (nonmembers).
